1. Payment / order

What payment options do I have?
Currently we are offering the following payment methods:
• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Club)
• Paypal
• Bank prepayment

Must I register as a customer to carry out an order?
No, we have a guest checkout. At Abama, you can choose whether to shop with or without registering. Simply enter your information into the fields provided in the basket and submit your order.

How do I reclaim an item / order?
If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Service (+49) -241-88979-0. For returns, you can return items within the first two weeks of receipt without providing a reason. Only if not shipped by parcel (e.g. bulky goods) will you be able to declare the return by return request in text form. Here is the return form.
To meet the deadline, just return the items or send a written request.
All originally packed items can be returned unconditionally and without giving any reason within 14 days.
Used and second hand goods as well as cut to length materials, custom prints, films and goods procured especially for the customer are non-returnable.
For keeping the terms, it is sufficient to ship the goods back within the time limit.
If the goods can not be sent by you via mail, please make arrangements for pickup.

My order is incomplete. What should I do now?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service contact information is found at the top of the invoice or on our home page. Subsequent delivery is of course free of charge

What is the status of my order?
As a registered customer you can find the status of your order in the customer account under "My Orders" and also via email. As a non-registered customer, you receive a shipping confirmation email.
For fast and accurate status inquiry about your order, please contact us. Customer service contact information is found on our home page.

How can I order re-order goods?
You can easily repeat your order in the account. To reorder particular items, please contact our hotline at (+49) -241-88979-0. The normal shipping costs will apply. Our shipping costs are available in the section "Shipping" or on request from our customer service.

How do I redeem a discount code?
Your discount code can be redeemed in your basket below the payment during the ordering process. To do this, please type in the code in the appropriate field "Discount Code" and confirm your entry with the button "Discount Redeem". If the input was correct, the reduction of the total amount will be deducted in your basket.
Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. The system takes into account any necessary referenced information on the voucher and its validity such as minimum order quantities and/ or other related exceptions.
When copying coupon codes in the discount code box, please know that if there are too many spaces included the discount code will not function, so do check your entry before clicking the discount redeem button.
You may also provide a discount code if you choose to make your order by telephone.

2. Shipping

What are my shipping costs?
The shipping costs 5,95 € * per shipment (parcels up to 20 kg) in Germany.
Your advantage: We supply each article without a minimum order value! Shipping abroad is possible, so please explore our countries in the shipping table on the following page on "Shipping";
* For bulky goods, we will palletize your order. Special shipping costs apply to those orders shipped abroad. Only in very rare cases, an order qualifies for additional shipping charges.
The return is free for you in any case . Look at the Abama Web shop for the truck symbol in the item description to check if special shipping is required. We will contact you if your order is affected by a special shipping charge. You are welcome to call or e-mail requests to individual Returns advance. Contact details can be found at the top.

How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time mainly depends on the place of delivery. Within Germany, you can usually expect a delivery time of 3-7 days and to other European countries usually 10-14 days. Outside of Europe the delivery time usually is 18-22 days. For an exact delivery status please contact our customer service. Here you will find the customer contact information.

Where is my Stuff?
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the product is ready to ship. Contact our customer service for information on your exact delivery status. Please contact us for this purpose. At the top you will find the customer contact information.

3. General

How do I get a printed catalogue?
We will send you our main catalogue free of charge. To do this, add the catalogue as a product to your cart and place as an order. You will have to pay any applicable shipping costs. The selection of the catalogues can be found on the „Catalogue“ page.
Or just type "catalogue" in the search box at Abama a Web shop. Of course you can also request a catalog by phone or via e-mail – pay only the shipping charges. Here you will find the customer contact information.

How do I view a catalogue or flyer?
Our web shop offers the opportunity to download our two annual main catalogues as well as various brochures and sales flyers online. In the menu, find the appropriate field "catalogues". Under this link you will go directly to the selection. 

I cannot find an item in the Abama Web shop. Can I still get it?
Certain items that you no longer find in our web shop you can individually requests via the hotline (+49) -241-88979-0. We carry a fixed standard range, but some of the trendy items will expire after a while and will no longer be offered. But, in certain exceptional cases we can re-order items or offer replacements.

How do I find an article in the Abama Web shop?
Enter your search term or the item number into the search bar the top of the Abama Web shop. Each article is provided with a specific product name and an item number. To find a specific item you may simply enter a search term, product name and/ or item number into the search box. Or you may contact us. Our customer service is happy to assist you in your search.

How do I get the newsletter?
On the Abama Home you can subscribe to our newsletter. If necessary, click the Abama logo and scroll down until you see the designated input window. While ordering as a customer you also have the option by placing a check mark in the appropriate box (Newsletter Sign) during checkout. Otherwise, you can register your account for the newsletter. Take advantage of our news and promotions. It is worth it. Guaranteed. 

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
In each of our Newsletters you will find a link to unsubscribe at the bottom. The cancellation is possible at any time, but can take up to 24 hours to process the change. Another way is to unsubscribe in your account under the menu item within the Newsletter. Also, by calling us, our customer service can help you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

How do I get a new password if I forget it?
The top of the greeter / login section you will find a link to "Forgot password?". Click on it and then enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to your email address account.

Where can I read the Terms and Conditions?
Conditions can be found at the bottom of the web shop in the footer on the page "Terms and Conditions" or by following this: link.
